Bricked it on the first try

In an attempt to gain some more control over the dhcp of my router as well as fix the bittorrent (well, any decent peer to peer really) bug that's been driving me insane the last few months I've ended up bricking the damn thing. Gonna see if I can find any info on how to bring it back to life but I'm guessing a trip to best buy will be in order for tonight.

Along those same lines I'm having to replace the printer I just bought. Why? Because for some asshole reason, HP decided it wouldn't make the thing networkable. When you've got a minimum of three PCs that need to print, it helps to be able to hook it up to the central server for printing. Am I crazy in thinking that?
