Wierdest thing just happened. Couple of ladies came by the storm drain here, put some pre-trashed trash on it, polished off the "Don't dump yer trash here cuz it drains to the river and kills fish" medalion on the street, and then took pictures of it. I'm betting I'll see this in the Boise Weekly next week.
