Mac & buger - Dry and cruddy... and plenty left.
Sticky Rice - Mmmm... and there's enough for tomorrow.
They say not to store sushi rice... I say why not? It's still good the next day if you just want to eat the rice.

Careful with it? Is there something I don't know, but should? I finished off the last of it tonight.
I don't know why, but I assumed that your rice was stuffed with the fish...which you should always handle with care.
